Field Painter Helper/Laborer
Field Painter Helpers of this company work 40 hours per week, regularly lift and carry 75 lbs, work & around and heavy equipment in a very fast-paced production environment, & are self-motivated. Drug-free environment.
Preferred: Experience working laborious positions in a field construction setting, working around cranes, utilize scaffolding, safety training, spanish-speaking
Job Requirements:
- Must be drug-free at all times
- Wear Respiratory protection for most of the day
- Sense of Urgency during working hours
- Respect for foreman’s authority
- Positive Attitude
- Painting crews work quickly and efficiently; candidate needs to be able to keep up with crew’s pace, per foreman’s instructions
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts,
- Follow verbal procedures
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to work on scaffolding/heights in a commercial construction setting
- Must possess keen eyesight and hand-eye coordination.
- Must able to stoop, stand, bend and work in awkward positions to complete painting duties
- Often are required to do their work at a great height on a scaffold.
- Be able to access online safety training within first week
- Required for work: Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots

- Must be able to attend in-person interview & take drug screen at an Albuquerque, NM location
In order to be a qualified candidate, you must also be employable in the U.S., have reliable transportation, hold a valid driver’s license & own personal work attire (long-sleeve shirt, steel-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses).
